After our DW we are planning on spending a couple extra days in St. Lucia to chill out and relax after everything. Jade mountain is another resort within Anse Chastanet. We are thinking about switching and staying up there for our last couple of days just in case our guests decide to stay on longer after the wedding. It will be nice to be on the beach as a married couple! We were thinking about doing a "real" honeymoon (as if st. Lucia isn't real enough! haha!) either right after our AHR or we might go somewhere for our 1st anniversary. We were really thinking about going to the french polynesia. Zach's dream place is New Zealand and mine is pretty much anywhere tropical that is secluded. we found this really cool (but expensive!) cruise line that for has a cruise that goes from New Zealand to Papeete, Tahiti. Hopefully we can save up enough money to go on this. they do have fantastic deals going right now but unfortunately our honeymoon isn't priority #1 for a 2011 wedding.
